Since SAMA was founded in 1945, we have continuously committed to researching and working to improve the health and the quality of life of people with a core belief in our Respect for Human Dignity and Life. At the same time, we have been practicing precision management as an exemplary pharmaceutical company.
Through its transparent management, SAMA established itself as a reliable and solid company in Korea. In addition, SAMA is also recognized as a practitioner of respecting for Human Dignity and Life by introducing a number of pioneering employee benefits systems such as the 5-working days a week system, the employees and family medical coverage by the company, and many more in the early 1970s, all of which were instituted for the first- time ever across industries in Korea.
In R&D activities, SAMA leads in developing novel, incrementally modified new drugs through strategic alliances and collaboration with various outstanding domestic and overseas research institutions as well as global pharmaceutical companies.
SAMA will continue our utmost efforts in research and development to improve the quality of life through our constant change and innovation. We will also continue to practice our business based on our core value of Respect for Human Dignity.
